The Team

Setting up your mobile Team.

This is where you set up the mobile users of the app.


Add, Edit, and Delete

If you've not already, check how you add, edit, and delete things on the app.


Field Names

FieldRequired?Description
First NameYesThe team member's First Name

Last NameYesThe team member's Last Name

EmailYesThe team members' email addresses. This needs to be an active email that is preferably accessible on the mobile device they will be using.
 
Charge Out RateNoEnter the normal charge-out rate for this Team member.

ActivitiesNoPick the Activities that the team member would generally work on.

AssetsNoPick the Asset Types the team member would typically work on.


What happens next?

When you add a Team member, they will receive an email invite containing their password and links where they can download the mobile app for either Android or Apple devices.


Once they've downloaded the app, logged in using their email address and password, and opened it, they will see the apps assigned to them.

Reset a Password

If a Team member needs to have their password reset, you can click the padlock button to the left of the person's name.


A pop will open


You can keep the password that is generated or set your own. But we would advise that it is at least as strong as the one we suggest.
