Using the Mobile App

When you add a Team member to the app, they'll get an invite by email with their password and links to the Android and Apple app stores.


Main App Screen

Once they log in, they'll see all of the app screens that are assigned to them, which is going to vary from customer to customer.

But it will look something like this.


Jobs List

Jobs scheduled with the Team member will appear in both the Job List and the Job Map.


History

The user can access an upload history by clicking the Clock at the top left of the mobile app screen. They can at the least, review the data they entered and, if requested, edit it and re-upload the form entry.


Settings

Although the mobile app updates itself regularly, it is sometimes helpful to Force Sync the app to make sure all the data is refreshed.


This is done by accessing the app settings by clicking the Cog button on the top right of the Main App Screen.



The mobile apps are built specifically for a customer, and we'll provide specific help documents as necessary.
