Scheduling Jobs

Once you've created jobs, you'll need to schedule them so that a member of your Site Team and go to the site. They won't appear on the mobile app unless they have a status of "Scheduled".


It will look something like this.



Filtering and Searching

You can search for a particular job by name, the customer order number, and the job description. Using the green bar above the main panel, you can filter the jobs by clicking on Job Type and Team member.


You can also change the order of the list based on the Due date.


Scheduling a Job

To schedule one or more jobs, highlight to green in the right panel and then choose a Team Member and set an intended date. Click Update, and the job will be marked as "Scheduled".


Unschedule a Job

To unschedule a job is just as easy. Please select one or more jobs from the list and then clear either the date, Team member or both. Its status will be set to "New", and it will be removed from the mobile app worklists.
