Companies

The Companies page is where you manage the companies that you deal with.

Filtering and Searching

You can search for a particular Company by name in the search bar below the main panel's green bar.

Add, Edit, and Delete

If you've not already, check how you add, edit, and delete things on the app.

Company Fields

Field	Required?	Description
Name	Yes	The company name.
Address	Yes	The company address. This is a searchable field, so all you need to do is start typing and matching addresses will begin to appear. You could even start searching for the company name.
Primary Contact	No	Your primary contact's name.
Primary Email	No	Their email address.
Primary Phone	No	Their phone number.
Notes	No	Add any notes that may be useful here.

Add a site.

To add a site straightaway, you can click the location bug to the left of your newly created Company.

This pop-up will appear.

Fill out the details (not forgetting to add what Asset Types you deal with on the site) and click Save.

Single Site Customers

All jobs on the app are linked to a Site, so if the company has one site, you can click the "Copy of company..." link, and details will be pulled in. You can click Save once you've added the Asset Types and other notes.
