Field Names
Required? | Description | |
---|---|---|
Reference | No | A unique reference number for the site. Maybe your customer has provided one, or you'd like to set it up yourself, as it sometimes makes life easier. |
Name | Yes | The site's name. For example, there are two Costa Coffee shops in Hammersmith. So, "Costa Coffee, Hammersmith" wouldn't be sufficient, so you'd use. "Costa Coffee, Kings Mall, Hammersmith", or, "Costa Coffee, Hammersmith Road", Everything after the comma is the Site Name. |
Company | Yes | Every Site has to have a company and so start typing a name and select it from the list that appears. If you've not added the Company yet, you'll need to do that first. |
Address | Yes | The site address. This is a searchable field. As you start typing, matching addresses will begin to appear. You could even start searching for the company name. So from the example above, you could try searching for Costa Coffee and the address and see what happens. |
Primary Contact | No | The site's primary contact's name. |
Primary Email | No | Their email address. |
Primary Phone | No | Their phone number. |
Notes | No | Add any notes that may be useful here. |
Asset Types | No | Add the Asset Types of the things you work on this site. |
Site Naming
The app generates a name for the sites to make them easy to find later. This is,
