Filtering and Searching
You can search for a particular Company by name in the search bar below the main panel's green bar.
Add, Edit, and Delete
If you've not already, check how you add, edit, and delete things on the app.
Field Names
| Field | Required? | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Status | --- | This field always has a value set mainly by the app. We've given the facility to change it, but in most cases, this shouldn't be necessary. |
| Job Number | --- | The job number is auto-generated by the app using the pre-fix set in the Activity Type. |
| Site | Yes | Start typing a site name and choose from the list. |
| Order Number | No | Your customers' order number. |
| Activity | Yes | Choose the job Activity Type. |
| Priority | Yes | Set a priority for the job. Defaults to "Medium". |
| Due Date | Yes | Set a due date for the Job. This will default to a date today plus the Response Time set in the Activity. |
| Duration (Hours) | Yes | Set a planned duration for the job. This will default to the Default Job Length set in the Activity. |
| Asset Types | No | Choose the Asset Type for the Job. (If known) |
| Assets | No | Choose the Asset for the Job. (If known) |
Job Naming
The app generates a name for the job to make them easy to find later on. This is,
Job Number + Actvity Name + "at" + Site Full Name
